Our colleague Tashi Chhoden has started the first fieldwork for the EATWELL project in Zhemgang Dzongkhag. It was a pleasure to visit, discuss, and meet with so many kind people.
We were also fortunate to participate in several annual rituals (Lochoe) and observe the rich food offerings and meals.
